The text in the illustration sums it up. I'm not partial to either fast food chain, I was intrigued by the idea and had to investigate the possibilities.
Call Center Run-Around
If you're like me you've experienced the call center individual who you can't understand to save your life (not to mention they don't really care about your problem.)
Funny thing is I now work at a call center...irony!
